This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 13 December 2024.

 The registration fee includes the following:

• Accommodation for the nights of Wednesday and Thursday and breakfast on Thursday and Friday (for those already booked)
• Lunch and refreshments (tea/coffee/water) during the conference on Wednesday, Thursday.
• Grab-&-go lunch for Friday
• Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday 
• Visit of Saint Senoch Castle
• Bus transfert from Saint Pierre des Corps TGV train station to La Saulaie (only 55 seats are availaible: first comes, first serves basis). Please refer to the page "Map" for the bus schedule.

 Please note: drinks (not stated) and extras are charged in addition and must be paid upon ordering.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Visas:

Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa to enter the France, but do need to travel with their passport. If you require an invitation letter, please contact afpac2025@sciencesconf.org. Please note that invitation letters will only be issued to delegates who have paid the registration fee.
