  • By plane: 

1) Tours Airport: 3 flights/week are proposing from London to Tours Airport: https://www.tours.aeroport.fr/london. 
Then you have to join Saint Pierre des Corps train station to take the organized shuttle bus (see details below) or to take a taxi directly to the conference center. Bus and tram are available.

2) CDG Paris Airport: Plenty of flights are proposed to this airport. A direct train from CDG to Saint Pierre des Corps train station is available then you have to take the organized shuttle bus (see details below) or to take a taxi.

 

  • Transfer from train/bus Saint Pierre des Corps Station

Transfer from train/bus Saint Pierre des Corps Station to the conference center, 2 solutions: 

    1.  A shuttle bus will be set-up to join the conference center from Tours train station (Saint Pierre des Corps): departure 11h30, 22 January 2025. 
    2. Taxi between train/bus station Tours and the conference center: If you prefer a taxi or if your arrival is not within the time table of the shuttle bus, you will find easily taxis at the station. (around 40 minutes by car).
    3. The return bus will leave La Saulaie on Friday, January 24th at 1:00 PM, with an estimated arrival at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps train station at 2:00 PM.

 

  • EXTRA Transfer from train/bus Saint Pierre des Corps Station

An additional shuttle bus is organized on Wednesday, January 22nd, at 5 PM from Saint Pierre des Corps train station.
